Your subscription is billed monthly on the same date you originally subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on the 14th of June, your card will be charged on the 14th of every subsequent month.
If your subscription date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g. the 31st in February), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.
You will receive an email receipt for every charge. All prices are listed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, which may vary by region.
You may request a refund at any time with no questions asked. We believe you should only pay for a service you are happy with. You will receive a refund based on your subscription, and it will be deducted based on the value of your token usage for that month.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain full access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier and no further charges will be made.
